Jake was licensed as an Auctioneer in 1980 and as a Realtor in 1985. He is a member of the Ohio and the National Assn of Realtors, Tuscarawas County Board of Realtors, CRIS MLS and Ohio Auctioneers Assn. He married his wife, Arlene, in 1985 and they have 2 children; a daughter, Susanna, and a son, Eric. Jake and his family reside in the Berlin/Walnut Creek area and have been lifelong residents of Holmes County. Having grown up on a farm, Jake is very familiar with the area and with auctions.
