Formed own real estate company in 1975. Member of OAR, NAR, Tuscarawas County Board of Realtors and CRIS MLS. The patriarch of both the Kaufman Realty business and the Kaufman family, Dave continues to auction the majority of the real estate chattel auctions while instilling his values of honesty and integrity on his company and second generation of Kaufman Realty Inc. Dave takes an active part in the majority of the real estate auctions, while having passed many of the day-to-day activities to the 2nd generation.
